College So Far

My college experience so far has been rather different from what I pictured it before. My life leading up to this point was filled with long boring school days and assorted different sports. I didn't stay serious enough my high school years and I didn't get in to the school I actually wanted to go. Now I have nothing against BSU but if I actually had the choice, I would have gone to Indiana University because almost my entire group of close friends are now going there, and I ultimately want a good business degree from Kelly School of Business. Because I came to this school with no real good friend support, its been rather difficult for my to adjust to life on my own. Its also been really hard for me to go outside my comfort zone and meet people. I wish I had all my close friends with me to make meeting people and being on my own a lot easier. I am actually going up to IU this weekend, (labor day weekend). Classes so far have been challenging but at the same time very interesting and rewarding. I love the college atmosphere and being on my own will get better as the year progresses. Although I don't go to IU, I still love the school I am part of. BSU is and always will be a big part of my life, so I have to live it up while I'm here and do my best to get the degree I came here to get.
