300 Workout

Yesterday I was sitting in my room chillin with some friends on the futon when conversation struck up about working out. Ive been working out with these same four guys 5 days a week since we've been here, but I really wanted to turn up the intensity and get in great shape. Running and simple lifting can only go so far. So we googled crazy work routines and came across a program that was right under our noses the whole time. Everyone should know about the movie "300," and if you don't, then I'm very sorry. The bodies all the Spartans have, are out of this world and I know I'd love to posses that same physique. So we came across all these videos and photos of before and after, of regular John Does who had gotten the exact same results that the actors had. The workout is as follows: 25 pull-ups, 50 Deadlifts @ 135 lbs., 50 push-ups, 50 2 foot box jumps, 50 floor wipers @ 135 lbs., 50 KB clean and press @ 35 lbs., and then 25 more pull-ups, for combined total of 300 repetitions, every other day. I'm still sore..

  1. So this workout has really worked on other people? Not that I would like to give it a try but since it is from the guys in the movie is is possible? Im also not saying that it isn't but it is a lot. I would be sore forever! At least it's only every other day and not everyday otherwise that would be really tiring!
