LNMVBC

LNMVBC stands for Lawrence North Men's Volleyball Club, which was the name of my team at my high school. Our team had 21 players, none of which were freshmen. We had seven seniors which made up most of our ten man varsity squad. My position was libero and we started off the season with a preseason ranking of 3rd in state. After going 9-0 we lost our first game of seven total loses to Carmel HS. After a few more weeks we ended the regular season 22-6, with one of our victories being an upset against number one Center Grove, when we were ranked fourth. We entered the State tournament seated fourth of eight teams and lost in the semi finals to Center Groove, who eventually went on to win state in the next round. So we ended the season with a record of 23-7 and finished third in state. Best year LNMVBC has ever had.
